Hope it all goes smoothly over the next week for you! Unfortunately we have not progressed anywhere - still have not got a correct PCV (they keep forgetting a couple of things) and as we managed to get a relaxation from the building covenance on the roof pitch to the standard 22.5 degrees (covenance specified 25 degrees) it has had to go back to drafting - so still not into council. We are ready to go - even have finance approval (only took 2 weeks for this). I think the dirt will be untouched till New Year at the rate we're going. Re: Introducing the Stila BK1 - Verve (Plantation) 144Nov 13, 2009 7:32 pm Shelby - the extra cost to get our roof upped to 25 to meet the covenant was less than $1000 from memory. and here's some piccies Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ ’’Quondo Omni Flunkus Mortati ’’ If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy. So we are going with the 22.5 degree pitch, save the $1800 which if we still need to provide a height cert can contribute towards that. Council fees are outrageous! Re: Introducing the Stila BK1 - Verve (Plantation) 147Nov 14, 2009 11:48 am Hi Serge, Your floors are beautiful. What are they again??? The house looks great and when the deck is done the view to the back yard will be great I think. We are only a few weeks away ourselves and look forward to some more photos to come. I am hoping you have this??? I know there are taps and a hole to connect the machine to but is there a place for the hose thingy to go to drain the machine. I panicked today when I saw the laundry trough installed and the hole was on top with no way to get the drain hose there? Can you help me? By the way any more photos??? I have PCI in 2 weeks and keys in 3....woo hoo!!! Can you help me? should be an inlet just below the trap just like there is with a dishwasher. will check it out for sure tomorrow. no more photos yet - still waiting for the carpet layer to return. he cracked a wobbly earlier this week when I hadn't paid the invoice I hadn't received. not quite sure how these tossers expect payment from the bank without giving me a copy. so he left - now I move in tomorrow and he's due back sometime next week. I'm pretty sure I can move things around him so he can do one room at a time, then wait for 20 minutes for me to clear the next room and then do the next room and wait for 20 minutes to clear the next room and then....... ’’Quondo Omni Flunkus Mortati ’’ If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
