We were allowed to choose coloured grout at no extra charge, which is good because I chose a dark grout for the charcoal tiles, and cream grout with the creamy tiles etc. But I also wanted a clawfoot bath (retails for approx $900) and the builder was going to charge about $5k, so yeah just a way of saying "we don't want to do that"!!
