It'll also enable you to put the laundry light switch in a more user friendly location. - do you have a specific reason for the nook in BED1? - I can't picture what the portico will look like very well, but I think it'll look uneven - your WIP will not have a door?? I think I'd add that space to either WIR or WIP. I'm not sure about the ensuite being off the WIR, I worry about moisture. YOu could do somethign great if you gave up that little study nook.
