Hi all,
I have got a quote from my builder for 30 course ceilings, does anyone know how tall that is in feet? The quote was for $5,500
Cheers

Re: How many course in a feet? 16May 12, 2009 11:01 pm Good one Helyn I was thinking you are still in the build process. Lol Sounds like you got a good deal on the brick over & the 9” ceilings. I guess if you go with a cheaper builder this is where they make up their money. I hope you got what I ment from my first post, as I’m sure not all 9' have the brick over. I like the brick over the windows it makes it look complete, the infill looks and is a cheap way out. But Im over budget already. Any way thanks for the reply. Have look at your house plans and you will probably find that brick articulation joint has been missed. Maximum allowable spacing is 6M or 5.5M for a wall with window… 17 20556 I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with… 14 105476 They already have two well known ones (HIA & MBA) that many new home buyers mistakenly think are regulatory bodies that Joe Public can complain to. 6 18006 |
