Re: We're going home, very very soon - New Photos 44Jun 08, 2009 5:07 pm Okay, some new photos. You can give that foot of yours a rest now Jo . As you can see the floorboards are now in and we are very happy with the colour, it's merbau. Also happy with the stairs which are also merbau. Have now been coated and they have come up great. Re: We're going home, very very soon - New Photos 47Jun 08, 2009 5:13 pm hi photogirl. your place is looking AMAZING! i have noticed two things about your home that i think are items that we also chose. can i ask - what is the colour laminate you have selected for the front of the island bench? espresso? and i am also wondering if the cedar bards (i think) that you have detailed on your balcony have been stained or just left natural with an oil? Aimee: The colour is Volterra Rigato, it's Laminex Timber Veneer. The boards are Merbau and are finished in a clear finish. The tannins are bleeding out at the moment so you do need to keep this in mind if using merbau externally. They were left outside in the rain and weather prior to going up to assist this process but still doing it at the moment. Kitchen cupboard colour is Volterra Rigato. I really like the colour too. Bit upset because I just discovered a scratch on one so hopefully can get that fixed. I am very relieved about the splashback Donuts, you know how much I stressed over that one. Am glad with the final result. Thanks everyone for the very kind comments. We are really looking forward to moving in and finally being settled again. It's been a while and we had a few regrets when it all went bad but things are really looking up again. Will get the rest of those pics up once I find out what the problem is. Re: We're going home, very very soon - New Photos 59Jun 09, 2009 8:27 am Here are the rest of the photos. I needed to do these ones by imageshack, thanks Fu.

So that's all the photos for now. 1 more sleep Re: We're going home, very very soon - New Photos 60Jun 09, 2009 8:53 am Oh yay!! More gorgeous photos!!
