House #2 with Adenbrook and we love it! Re: Adenbrook (Qld) has changed their range. 13May 12, 2009 6:39 pm taylormade Another Adenbrook fan here. We have built two houses with them - our first (a Riviera 34) was back when they were starting out (we were contract 54)and last April we moved into our new Sandhurst 37 with an extended alfresco. We have always loved the Adenbrook look and feel and wouldn't even risk another builder (already mentioned on here) because we have heard so many bad reports about them. Adenbrook, for us, have always had the quality of design, inclusions and finish that has won us over. I must say though, that I don't like the 'new' website (or the fact that the designs we love are no longer available) but would be interested to know if they would complete a custom build if they were approached. Not that we are contemplating building again anytime soon, but it would be just nice to know ... TM oooh - the Sandhurst 37 - was our first choice! We just couldn't find land big enough to fit it... Love the design. Our lakewood is very similar, just not a quirky with the layout (interesting flow in the hallway through the house, like the Sandhurst!) And couldn't agree more about the quality of designs, finishes & inclusions. While we liked the other big builders - no one could compair for us! Glad to find another happy Adenbrook fan! Hi all. It was a shame as they were good and relatively cheap and I would have used… 3 4697 |
