Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 04, 2009 11:06 pm Recently, we argued with builder about the size of ranghood. The size of ranghood list was not mentioned in inclusion list. Now, the admin in builder office refused to give us the 900mm one. And I found the kichen joinery detail and floor plan list as " 900mm fixed ranghood" and "90mm cooktop/ranghood". The sale consultant has promise us that we will get the 90mm size ranghood. So, I want to know is it a good evidence to claim back the 900mm ranghood. If anyone have some ideas with this issue, thanks for your reply. Re: Help! Regarding argue between builder 2May 05, 2009 12:48 am Inclusions list or contract is the only way to get anything no matter what the item is or who the builder is. Odd that your drawings show 900mm, they must have got this from somewhere, perhaps it is in the model you have been provided. I am a little confused by your post but hope this helps. we are selling and moving to the coast, if you know someone who wishes to buy in Mernda Villages, please visit this link http://www.realestate.com.au/property-h ... -107083288 Re: Help! Regarding argue between builder 3May 05, 2009 5:12 am Our house inclusions included a 900 mm stove and cooktop but a 600mm rangehood. I think we were at the point of changing inclusions or something. Someone in the office at NBG rang us to tell us we'd have to pay for the upgrade. It was $80 - not worth the arguement. Fi has moved in!! Thank you @. Tried to play with the facade models but the exact colour is not matching up. 2 3269 The engineering is the engineering. It's irrelevant how much material you have.
