Because we wanted fancier facade, it will cost another 7-10 k ( according to our builder Facades), we thought inspite of spending that money on exterior looks, we will spend inside the home (ie Furnitures,Feature walls etc).. it was a tough decision to take though.. but your builders seems to be charging less money (3K is less compared to 7-10K), so u can definetly go for one Dear Members I have to decide the Facade column size. My custom builder standard is 350mm with rendering, but i asked for 470mm plus stone or tiles and yet to get… 0 7497 traditional gable roof facade - Have you did the dark and light gray color combination in facade with gray stone in facade… 0 4214 Looking to tile the facade pillars rather than rendering. Builder is quoting 2500$ laying cost for upto 10msq. The 2 pillars come to be 16msq. So laying costs are 5000$… 0 7552 |
