As we have found the quote to have render done after handover tobe much cheaper, we are planning on doing the feature render, and then having the ramainging render done after handover (or during construction IF our site manager will allow it!). I just wanted to get some tips on what colours or trypes of bricks to select. We are planning a light coloured render, and where thinking that light coloured bricks would be easier to cover? We are a little lost on this one, so any advice would be GREAT! We are have a mid to dark brown brick with light render...
