Proposed Builder--Silkwood Homes I just got soil test done on the land.I was worried about getting rock. There is no rock but the builder is saying there is 300mm of fill(loose soil) I know it has to have H class slab which is included in the price but he is quoting extra $4500 to add extra concrete because of this fill. I don't think this is justified.
