Anyhow........ Septic tank around 8k for standard tank and leech drains, (installed) around 10-12k, (installed) if you need one of the more efficient kinds ermmm ATU i think its called, you need these if you are even remotely uphill from a water way or water collection area, (ie on an aquafar < however you spell it) You need to contact your shire to see what the town planning in your area states, it will say exactly which units are acceptable and usually who will supply them. water tank minimum i think per year is 120 thousand litres, what i done was looked at the total area of house roof multiplied that by average rain fall in the area per m2 and you get your average L per year to your tank. Now find average water usage, (google it) and see if you have excess or a short fall. Excess = good shortfall = buy water in or you'll need a bore. You need to contact your shire to see what the town planning in your area states re water tanks different areas have different requirments. Power for us is getting laid underground and I think is costing about 3-4K from menory including the service trench and refilling, if you have the phone get that put through at the same time. From memory if you live more than 100m from your boundry you need power poles installed every X meters. You can apply to your council to get your envelope moved nearer the power source if you want to but tell them its for whatever environmental reason you can think of. Clearing less trees for your envelope is a good one I havent heard of the substation thingy but maybe its because we are only 40m from an existing power line? * for town planning info look on your shire website of just call the planning department they will tell you. Thats what they are paid for Generally, the texture that you listed will have a 2mm size stone chip in it which is dragged with float to give the lines Any patch work needs to be 2mm less than face… 2 1822 Hi Renee, Boundaries in NSW are generally shown on Deposited Plans. When they put boundaries into SIX Maps from these plans, there are various reasons that these often do… 1 2023 |
