Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 28, 2009 8:12 pm Hello, I was wondering if anyone has built or considered building with Montgomery Homes and can share their experiences? I am considering talking to them about a couple of their downslope designs but would like to go into any discussions knowing what sort of company there are. I am interested in the following: Quality of their homes Are their prices reasonable/competitive? Were they prepared to negotiate on prices and inclusions? Were there hidden surprises? Was your project on time and budget? I think that is all. Thanks.
