After reading through it I am unsure what to think if anyone can give some advise on whether they think it will come in at our budget of $10000. The wind rating is N2 Description of the site: The site in general is sloping in approx 1:30 towards the east Site classification is Class "P" Raft Slab Construction: An Engineer designed Class H slab on ground incorporating a suspended slab section on the filled areas is therefor recomended. Waffle Raft: As Engineer designed waffle slab similar to Class H waffle raft is recommended on this site. There is like 16 pages of information if there is anyone that could help it would be greatly appreciated. (Just about everyone will be an N1 (mild), N2 or N3 (stronger) rating.) A P classification with a H class is top end, which means your slab will cost at the top end.
