Good luck with it. It's not that bad we have inspected the slab where we thought the issue was alot closer there is still more than acceptable limits but its due to a high area of the slab not where frame will go! Just would affect tiling therefore needs to be fixed! 11:am Just got off the phone with our SS for the second time today he has been up and looked at the slab which does have 20mm of fall on it across the entrance hall so the framers are up there today and they will just pack the frame up so its level and the conreter will come back and fix the issue! Glad thats all sorted! 2nd build here we come in Whittlesea! https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=92617 1st Build - Henley - Cooper in Doreen! Only thing i can possibly see wrong is down the side it appears that we have 2 sliding doors, not one, one is meant to be a window but I will just assume they havent finished making the bottom of the window bit yet...for now... Why do you have the temp fencing? Just before we signed our contract council made it mandatory not just recommended! so cost us $1200 I'm surprised it has gotten so far in 2 days as yesterday they had only done our master and the back wall of the house... and considering the rain! PICS 28/5 68May 28, 2009 6:49 pm AHHHHHH we can't have our bricks.... Just spoke with our administrator who is still at work at 630pm who said selkirk can't supply the brick we chose due to the plant having damage from an explosion..... She was going to get back to me tomorrow with what brick selkirk could supply and we will see if anything we like is there..... There is really only one other brick we liked which was muscat haze so we will see. Our theory is that if we only like an upgrade selkirk should give it to us for free as ist their issue but we will see! 2nd build here we come in Whittlesea! https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=92617 1st Build - Henley - Cooper in Doreen! I would have thought they sorted that out 3 months later... muscat haze is a cat 1 brick so it is probably affected... we were allowed to choose cat 2 bricks for free... which we were happy with as we got a brick we liked better (mclaren). But I'd be trying to upgrade to a more expensive brick at Henley's cost, just tell them you dont like any other Cat 1 bricks... although we're having musket haze Re: CiNnY's Build with Henley - Framing has started! I tried to even get a cat 4 brick when I spoke to the lady at selkirk but she said only cat 2 bricks can I have for free.. Re: CiNnY's Build with Henley - Framing has started! PICS 28/5 74May 28, 2009 7:14 pm Ari Erin sounds like you might get hit by this too then (given what andy was saying) How long does it take to make more bricks? Ari ::cry:: Were there any bricks you liked from the other suppliers? They shouldn't make you stick to selkirk. Yeh we can change to one of the others but there is nothing we liked in any of the other brands Cat 1 and if we upgrade in the other brands we have to pay the upgrade, but there wasn't anything we liked even in the upgrades apart from Hawthorn Tan but thats expensive!!! 2nd build here we come in Whittlesea! https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=92617 1st Build - Henley - Cooper in Doreen!
