We bought in stage 19a and have been told that titles will be released in June. I spoke with Minloo last week and she said that there haven't been any delays. Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 5Apr 27, 2009 12:47 am There is a fair bit of land development being bought onto the market in Melbourne at the moment so I'd imagine resorces are stretched and all the developers would be struggling to meet title compliance dates. Peet are a big developer though and able to flex muscle to get things done. Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 6Apr 27, 2009 8:46 am Stage 17 was delayed by only a few weeks from what i recall. Looking at the works happening in stage 19, seems they are a long way down the path already. Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 8Apr 27, 2009 12:27 pm I bought my land in stage 15. Title was supposed to have been released in April 08. When we came close to April, we received a letter from Peet saying that the title release has been delayed and is now expected to be released in June. Came June, the release date was deferred to August and then to September. Ultimately, the title was released in October. I wrote letters to Peet to express my concern, but no reply to date. I was so disappointed with them as would anybody in this case. Good luck with your. Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 12May 18, 2009 3:41 pm We have also bought in Innisfail stage 19a. On Friday we received a letter from Peet saying titles were expected in June. Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 15Jul 14, 2009 1:17 pm we've bought in 19a and the titles have been lodged. I'm a bit miffed because we receive a 5k discount if we settle within 10 days but I notified by our conveyancer yesterday that they require settlement by the 20th. That's 1 week. It seems someone has been sitting on their hands. Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 16Jul 14, 2009 1:31 pm Glad to see stage 19 is close to being titled. A bit over looking at all that temp fencing Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 17Jul 17, 2009 1:27 pm Temp fencing around stage 19 was taken down yesterday. Not long now. Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 18Aug 30, 2009 4:11 pm I didn't want to start a new thread and because it is in the innisfail estate I thought I would post here. I just wanted to know how long it has taken for people to get their fencing done? We are due to have our house finished next week and want the fencing done asap as we have 2 kids and a dog plus we want the security of the fence. We have a fence on one side and back but the people next to us still have their temp fencing up. Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 19Aug 30, 2009 7:41 pm They actually don't include fencing anymore. I think they stopped it just before we bought in stage 19a....I'd be interested to know how much people paid for a colourbond fence.....Our block is 16m x 32m Re: Land title release date - Peet Innisfail 20Aug 30, 2009 8:20 pm KGJB I didn't want to start a new thread and because it is in the innisfail estate I thought I would post here. There is pretty much a 2 week wait with most fencing companies... so if you will be ready in a week, get in and organise it now! Moonos21 They actually don't include fencing anymore. We were lucky to find a guy who could do it a week later, so we were only without fencing for a week after we moved in. Our lot is 14x32, we paid about 3500 for back and 1 side of colourbond with the front section of black tubular, so half share was around 1700. Building with PD - Regent 23 in Point Cook WE'RE IN!!!
