Perth really is expensive! But most land comes flat and retained with a package for landscaping and fences so everyone's house looks pretty when they move in. House: 178K as advertised excluding pre-start and changes/additions. 284m2 total (probably around 240K finished with all the little extras) The FHOG allowed us to build a year earlier than we were going to but didn't change how much we were going to spend. *Built with Gemmill Homes in WA* Slab - 1st June 2009 Plate Height - 17th June 2009 Lock Up - 18th August 2009 PCI - 5th October 2009 Hand Over - 15th Oct 2009 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=20844 Re: How much is your House & Land? 104Aug 14, 2009 12:34 pm Hels CarolineJ Land 740K (1012sqm) it had a 1980s house on it that we lived in for a few years, and have now bowled.
