Will have a fair bit of landscaping to do, but we love that so I'm sure it'll be fine.... Expensive, but fine :/ Also we will need to buy all new furniture (for the whole house!!) as we've not had anything new for as long as we've been together as weve been saving. House is about $470k. I don't know how many squares it is. It is a big one though lol. Oh in that is $17,000 for flooring which would normally be an afterwards cost and it has no paving, soakwells or driveway as they will happen after too.
