I am going through yellow pages (the plumbers & gasfitters section) and have tried 15 plumbers and none do new houses, only maintenance on existing houses :S Is there a specific section for new houses ? :S What am I doing wrong? I usually try to aim for tradepeople that dont work for the larger builders and they tend to be super busy.
