I too thought the entrance could've been a little different, doesn't seem 'grand' enough, but I wouldn't take out your HT/living, a large house like that needs min two living areas, should be three (when rumpus is built). I worry about lighting in your ensuite shower also, will there/is there allowed to be a light fitting inside the actual shower enclosure - I've just seen displays with no lighting in a similar set up and I honestly wonder how people can actually see in there? If you were worried about the entrance to the walk in store (coming off the laundry), the entrance could always be off the hallway, this could give you a little more cupboard space??
