I've been contacted by my supervisor that he went to start work on my house a couple of days ago and couldn't start until soil left on my land from neighbouring properties is removed. I have spoken to both neighbours and one has agreed to remove it, but the other is yet to confirm their actions as they are denying its their soil! Any advice on how to get this resolved A.S.A.P. ? I have just paid a bobcat and truck $450 to remove 2 piles of "heavy" rubish from my block prior to commecning building. Funny how the piles contained bricks from the 2 adjoining houses but no-one knew anything about how they got there!!

It contains their bricks in it and its a quarter on their side and rest on mine! Also the temporary fence thats around the house has one part missing, funnily enough exactly where the pile of soil is.
