So many people tell me how hard it is to get in contact with your site supervisor and the poor communication between the builders and yourself. What are the builders like? Are they easy to talk to or for you to discuss issues with? Do you go down to the site when they are there to have a chat?? So far we have only dealt with salespeople & of course they have all been great, but we worry about how to keep an eye on whats happening and also picking up faults etc as neither of has has a clue about construction...
