Beautiful either way. We waiting to get our quote back from Masterton towards the end of the week. We've gone with the Trend facade with the Urban Elite but the Contemporary was our next choice. Good luck! Re: Facades 9Apr 19, 2009 2:40 pm I like the trend too but i like the jazz too thats nice with the wood work on it. But since it's not one of your options I will choose contemporary. Keep in mind the price doesn't include the stack stone Re: Facades 13Apr 19, 2009 9:00 pm Contemporary and then jazz. Re: Facades 16Apr 19, 2009 9:55 pm Personally Trend then Jazz. The jazz is a bit more conservative so is a safe bet for the future whereas the Trend is a little more contemporary and is more likely to date. Depends if your building to stay in the house for 5 years or 20. We designed an unconventional facade because we wanted something different. We are planning to move within the next 5 years so if its going to date hopefully it will be after we sell. Re: Facades 20Apr 20, 2009 12:18 pm I'm guessing Trend and Vouge are the most expensive Love the Vogue Jazz for me, love the deep porch, one window and the stained timber posts. The first thing that I think of when I look at the Contemporary is "how will the blinds/window furnishings look on the inside of the house with those two little windows?" Good luck in making a decision! Happy at Home |
