Work surfaces? (stone in leui of laminate) Concrete to outdoor area. (if you want it laid with the slab) Water tank to toilets.... or the plumbing done to add tank later. Eaves. You may not want these but something to think about. There's quite a few threads on upgrades. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. I’m trying hard to cover every thing as I may not get a chance to add to it latter. I went for the following: Sliding cavity doors. Sliding frameless shower door. Hostess kitchen Colour bond roof. 2550 ceilings 900mm over & cook top. Dish washer Water tank & solar hot water. Stone bench top. That’s it for now still a work in progress. Thanf for the help, I will check out the sarking also. Cheers KW……….. “It's just as unpleasant to get more than you bargain for as to get less” George Bernard Shaw. Re: Need help with wish list ??? 9Apr 22, 2009 8:04 am Well, its all i can think of atm, but we can still add or delete later. I would rather put in what i want now so i can get a price, cause we may compare their price with others, like flyscreens/doors and air cond for eg. i will ring and get quotes as well, cause we are on a tight budget and would rather spend any saved money on new furniture if we have money left over Re: Need help with wish list ??? 10Apr 22, 2009 11:39 am Raise the bathroom mirror? A friend of mine is 6'7" and he said he can never see the top of his head in anyone's bathroom mirrors! If you are tall, or have tall friends this might be a good option. Extra pot drawers? I am putting in pot drawers instead of most cupboards in the kitchen. Pot drawers are so much more useful for accessing stuff! And I have a pantry to store anything that won't fit in the pot drawers! Raise the kitchen bench height? Cupboards in laundry? Powerpoints to island bench ? (no one seems to have this as standard, but very important if you don't want cords draped all over the kitchen!) Outdoor waterproof powerpoints? Powerpoint in garage? Quad powerpoints instead of doubles in areas like theatre, study, family room? Get them to put extra conduit in the walls for later (theatre, family rooms)? My tac-home-ter: Been in 8 months!
