You are looking at a 909m2 block which is quite large; corner blocks are often larger- our old one was same length as neighbouring houses but had extra width. Back access was definetly a bonus, we had higher fences along the street side for privacy and had no issues at all. Our new block is not a corner but is the last one before the corner and there is a side lane so public can walk past the side of our house but again, we have higher fences, I like lanes as they give back access, our shed roller door opens to gates at the back, handy for trailer etc. We live in a quiet area, small side steets tucked awaay from main roads so I dont expect any problems here either. yes it does, you've just not understood it. theres a difference. 4 5324 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
