We're in the first Lorious release. How are you? I havent seen any posts from you for a while. I noticed there is already a frame up in Lorius. You can see it as you go over the bridge. They must have been superfast getting into council. Do you have a blog yet? I have this other thread that no one has been joining me on maybe we could move this conversation over there and maybe find some more "Pondies". http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=29357 Good Luck to both of you. Min Hi Andy_min, yes, I've been busy at work and we were waiting for the council to approve the plan; which by the way, just been approved!! I went there just before lunch to pay for the bond and they are going to post the documents to M today. Question: Did you pay for the kerb bond or your builder paid it? DW has setup a blod but just in the process of completing it. Will post the link once it's finish. We have not been there (The Ponds - Lorious) for three weeks now. I think this weekend is a good time to visit again. Yeah, for sure, we can move this convo to the other forum.
