Love it K!!

So glad to see it all coming together for you so BRILLIANTLY!! The front of your home is just gorgeous now

Although the sand had its uses... kids would have loved it... dogs could have dug in it... and just think of all the fun you would have had sweeping dirt from inside the house!!!
Hi Kirsanda

That looks great. Would you mind me asking who you got to do the work for you and how much your side gate cost?

Thanks
Looking G8 kirsada. i think eventhough the side gate colour does not match the door colour, i kinda like the difference. It looks good together especially because of that beautiful render colour you have chosen.

Can i ask where did you get your side gates from and how much it cost?

thanx
I'll PM you the details!

PS JBarry our render is Lundy Grey too! I think you mentioned using this colour as your render?
Very Nice kirsada!
Thanks guys!! We had seen the timber panels on a few display houses and LOVED IT, so it was definitely on the wish list

Another thing done!
wow!! Looks soooo good
good to have progress on the house
I want to get gates like that on our house when it's finished... is it much more expensive than straight colorbond?

Looking good by the way
Hi Kirsada, your enclosed carport looks great
I know you probably have already said earlier in your thread but is it wood or colorbond? Only asking, as we are thinking of using this same idea to enclose our carport.
Thanks!!

It is all treated pine, that has been painted/stained
You can have it done in a number of different timbers and also use metal for the frames (around the edges), but unfortunately that increases the price. They can also use this new product called Future wood (I think) which is wood/metal combo material, but again much more expensive. I'll PM you the details!
Hi Kirsada

It looks really, really good! Would you mind messaging me the details as we would like to enclose our carport at some stage also.

Thanks.
Loving your new look!

Can you please PM me the side gate details? I think a similar think would look lovely at my place

Look at us all copying Kirsada! Your gorgeous house is quite appealing to a lot of people!
WOW!! I know I loved the look of the timber, but didn't think so many other people would!!! The great thing is that you can keep it natural looking or paint it any colour you want

PMs sent
front looks great, love that look, would like a side gate like that too!!
Here's the latest pics of the house!! My Dad is coming to visit tomorrow...our very first guest

Back garden! My friend gave us a few plants which I threw in and hoped they would grow. We didn't do any prep work so we'll see. It's nice to have a bit of green in a huge backyard!!

Looking fantastic K!!

I'm loving those side pavers with the pebbles. Very nice

I'll keep my fingers crossed that your little garden grows!!

OOhhhh, your very first guest! How exciting!!! You'll have to make sure everything is all spic and span

Hi Kirsada,
You house is really looking very nice. Those side pavers with the pebbles. look very nice

We were also thinking of a similar pattern with 600x600 pavers when we saw the blue stone pebbles at Soils Aint Soils in canning vale.

Cheers
Tama
It looks great, just what I want to do down the side of my place. May I ask the colour of your fence. Thanks!!
Thanks guys!

Yes Jodie, a bit of a clean is definitely in order...

The side pebbles and pavers was so easy to do and only cost a few hundred $. It's HEAPS better than the sand

Perthhomelover: the colour of the side fence is Tea tree I believe
Hey Kirsada,

Just wanted to know what you need to do with laying the pebbles down? and where did you buy them from?
They look very nice!

If you make sure all taps inside and out are turned off, what does the water meter show if you leave it for a while.
