I'm also confused as I'm thinking of reducing the bedrooms. I dont understand this comment - what are you confused about simpson? - whether you have a large family?? I agree with kyton - I think you should narrow down your requirements first and then look at house designs within that rather than randomly selecting one for comment Anyway my thoughts is that the house is fine for a larger family who require that many bedrooms - I have one small suggestion about the main bedroom - I think the WIR would work better if the door were on the same side as the ensuite door rather than around the other side - easier access from ensuite to WIR and both accesses are more private than immediatly in front of the entry door. I think the bathroom is a standard size, nothing wrong there, and ensuite looks smallish but quite workable size, same as many other homes. No. It's not original.
