Hi Everyone!
We met with our local M rep over the Easter break and he has come back to us with an impressive quote. I just wanted to get some advice on what to add to the quote to make the house look great, and what to add to the quote that would normally be assumed as a standard inclusion!
Here is what we have so far:
- Ceiling height 2400mm raised to 2550mm
- Kitched ceiling height reduced to 2400mm
- 600mm eaves
- Entry ceiling raised to 10'
- Cedar ceiling in portioco
- Cedar ceiling in outdoor room
- Rendered Front and garage
- Rendered sides and rear of house
- Timberlook garage door
- Bi-part doors leading out to the outdoor room
- Bank of 3 pot draws
- 900mm technika cook top
- 900mm technica rangehood
- Cat 1 stone compisite benchtop
- Cat 1 tiles
- Option 3 Carpet
- 20 downlights (standard)
- Decking in Outdoor room
Some extras that we have already thought of are remote garage, bulk heads (that column type of look) and having a tiled shower instead of a base.
Any suggestions? Also would like to know ANY inclusions that people thought would be standard but turned out to be extras or where forgotten all together!
