Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 13, 2009 9:04 pm Hi everyone, We are building our first home at Spring Farm with Cosmopolitan (Opel Specifications). (Corella 22) Alterations: 1. Relocate the Linen Cupboard from kitchen to the L'Dry room, move the fridge space to where the linen cupboard is now and extend the pantry. 2. Bed room 4 ------> our HT room. (with a ceiling mounted Projector) 3. Bed room 3 -----> our office room This we are planning to add: Ducted Air, Down lights to the ground Floor, Cat6 Data cabling, and an Alfresco. Re: Floor Plans....your comment please 3Apr 13, 2009 10:02 pm I think that Bed 4 as it is will be very small for a HT room with an overhead projector. My current HT is 3.9 x 4, I have a 100 inch screen and its great, but I wouldn't want it any smaller than that, otherwise I would stick to a 50inch Plasma or something. Re: Floor Plans....your comment please 5Apr 13, 2009 11:39 pm I thought about that too. I am thinking about installing an ultra throw projector. Most ultra throw projectors can produce an 80" image from just 8cm away from the screen. Cost $2,900 to $3,500 We need room for only 2 ppl in the room.
