Our contract for the Latrobe states 211 days (30 weeks) - was hoping to get in before Christmas but still waiting on council approval and some type of 5 star energy rating certificate.. Our sales rep said construction can take as little as 3 months and the contracted time is irrelevant as they would prefer to finish the home sooner.! [b]Contract signed 3rd May --> Handover mid FEB Re: DFH Build time? 7Jul 04, 2009 2:02 pm dvs_dk Hey Mark, how is the construction of your home coming along?
