They have so many days from the commencement of building works. We have photos of our land where they have pegged out the block....is this commencement of building works? OR do they mean when the plumbing/sand/slab stuff is starting? How is commencement of building works defined? Has anyone made a claim with a builder for compensation based on this clause and how did you prove to them that they started on a particular date?
