We signed off on the tender on March 2nd and they will be on site no later than the start of May 2009. Signed up (tender signed): March 2nd 2009 Contract signed: March 25th 2009 Site start: No later than May 1st 2009 Oh how I was soooo wrong! We signed our contracts 8 weeks ago and we are still a few more weeks away from starting but this is due to our finance taking so long (5weeks) and then we have to submit to council after that so we are a little while away yet, although we have been told our council is really good and they dont take any longer than 2 weeks, our builder has had council approval within 2 days before so here's hoping we arn't too far away.
