It was a lot more expensive at a base price before we talked about upgrades which most volume builders were throwing in. The final deciding factor was being able to walk through a display and actually feel what the house was going to be like rather than off a set of plans. I also was concerned that it is hard to check the reputation of a smaller builder. They only give you contacts of people who are going to give good responses. I think in Warnabool they would be using local builders. First find out if they are reputable and then compare apples with apples. And fingers crossed they extend the FHOG! Fi has moved in!! If you already have a contract, is the inspection cost stated in there?
