We supposed to have our line activated yesterday and then we were told that we have to wait until July for a phone line! Oh My Goodness, what the hell is going on with Telstra! Settlement postponed till Monday 10/05 thanks to the painters not showing up on Thursday when they where supposed to, which meant the cleaners could not go through the house. Next problem - we had a chipped tile, builders pulled up said tile. Someone stole our spare tiles *sigh* (literally we had tiles when I got the electrical work done, couple of days after electrical all spares nicked) - Possible that the tiles we order are no longer made and such builders finding it hard to get a replacement. Problem 3 (THE BIG ISSUE) Went in over the weekend to lay the framwork for our side path.... 100mm under the soil, we found and broke our sewer pipe - not the actual S bend and stuff, but a drainage pipe with a cap. Yes some idiot burried a drain, 100mm UNDER the soil, lets just say the S bend had a lot of dirt, concrete and **** (yes actual faeces) clogged like no tomorrow - WTF!? Thank christ we hit the damn thing other wise we would have concreted right over it and not known why the hell our toilets where backing up. Interesting...
