For all your lucky stage 3 people like me. I spoke to Col this morning and he has advised me registration will take place 17th - 21st August. Don't hold your breath they did also tell us end of June. AND.... he has the nerve to tell me that 2 more weeks is not a problem when we have waited 3 months already !! Unfortunately for Colin and the developers its up the the Department of Lands - government departments don't care how big you are, work gets done in order - most of the time , I'll be letting EB and the conveyancer know as soon as its titled and registered Interesting... Hopefully it will be done by the 17th but then we wait 2 weeks for settlement. It will be a nightmare at the round-a-bout at richardson and Welling drive. Narellan Road is already a parking lot at 8am-10am and just as bad in the afternoon (Yet it seems to flow okay in the afternoon, I guess everyone doesn't want to get to work, and wants to get home ASAP ) The issue will be not having another way to the hume/campbelltown - this needs to be addressed ASAP.
