ive just moved over here and am in the process of buying a small appartment in a complex, 8 appartments altogether.
there are 4 small appartments on the ground floor, and then on the 1st and second floor 4 appartments again (with an upstirs and downstairs to them).
i bought the appartment at the beginning of construction...i keep going back to see how thay are getting on and today i saw something which to me, as a buyer, was not good.
Imagine a square cut into 4, the bathrooms are placed on the upstairs floor, on the inside of each square....what they have done is run the piping from the wc and water pipes down on the inside wall all the way down to the bottom appartment and then fed it to the sewerage system...is this normal building practice? If theres a bust pipe theres gonna be hell on!! Shouldnt all waste pipes be on the ouside wall??
Thanks for any tips / advice.
