We got quoted $6,000 to upgrade to Colorbond gutters and fascia, which seemed ridiculously high knowing what others paid. When we questioned our CSR she stood by the price. We took the matter above her head and it then seemed they had quoted us on upgrading the whole roof to Colorbond, not just the Gutters etc. Perhaps that is what they have done with you ( given you a price for the whole roof, tiles included? ) Sounds awfully creative IMO.
