Re: Alamanda Estate - Owners Forum 656Apr 19, 2010 10:46 pm Question about fencing, I am on a corner lot so one side of my fence will be parallel to the footpath. On this side, when you draw a straight line from one peg to the other, there is a slight gap between that line and the concrete footpath. When I build the fence, should I make it such that it will be completely touching the footpath so as not to leave any gap between the fence and the footpath or should I follow the peg-to-peg line? Do I have to submit a fencing plan to the body corporate showing this? So the advice was get the cooktops etc installed the day you receive the keys. Good advice, but sad theft is so common. Re: Alamanda Estate - Owners Forum 658Apr 28, 2010 11:06 am Greets all. STAGE 11 Re: Alamanda Estate - Owners Forum 660Apr 28, 2010 12:30 pm Hey there guys and gals, just happened to stumble open these forums and thought I'd pop in to say Hi!. Just bought a plot in stage 14b and looking forward to moving in to Point Cook, looks like a beautiful place to live. Fairly convenient too I do have a question, if you guys don't mind helping out. I was wondering if delays are common within the estate? I just saw the guy above me post that Stage 11 was delayed 6 months? That's pretty long What are the reason for the delays? A little pre-emptive but I figured any help will help allay my fears.
