Stage 11 - Alamanda Point Cook Build contract signed 22nd September 2009 Land settled - 17th May 2010 Site Start - 25th June 2010 Re: Alamanda Estate - Owners Forum 627Mar 26, 2010 6:56 pm Through the Alamanda site. They must have just updated it. Also, if you look at the link a few posts back which has your street number, you can see that stage 10 has titles whereas stage 11 doesn't and is still marked as 'proposed'. I am hoping that means that the titles office have entered the titles into the data base. The titles should take no longer than 2 weeks, and most likely a lot quicker as it is not a busy time. Just got the news yesterday... stage 10 has been released! Drove past our block today, and our lot number was spray painted blue on the curb along with our side boundaries on the footpath. Very odd, anyone else have this happen? Why would they do this? Only noticed a couple of other blocks like this in stage 10.
