On the day of settlement did Joel take you to the block and confirm boundary pegs with you? He mentioned that a long time ago but not overly confident it will happen. Nothing mentioned by Joel to us so far...our settlement is on 7/12/ will keep u informed if he does so... Re: Alamanda Estate - Owners Forum 413Nov 30, 2009 7:53 am Had a swing past stage 8 yesterday, the plot on stage 7 right behind mine was having the slab laid! I am surprised by the lack of plots with any sort of work or fencing on them. stage 7 settled a month ago (???) and still there are only 4 or 5 plots with fences. Anyone from stage 8 got letters fro mthe conveyance agent with values dates etc etc? We haven't. Point Cook, Victoria - Being hounded by the fascists!! Carlisle asked us to inspect ourselves to confirm the boundary gegs. just take a drive there and check the white pegs, they should be there Re: Alamanda Estate - Owners Forum 415Nov 30, 2009 9:08 am we are required to fill in the form for Asset Protection, is it the form called " Pre-commencement Report "? Howdy, Joel also mentioned this to us. We gave him a call a few weeks ago (before land had been titled) and asked if we could make an appointment to go with him to measure up our land. He was more than happy to oblige. My wife went and they measured up our land. The size was correct. I tried to download it this morning, however it seems as though the page is down. I have requested them to email me the report so we can fill it out. Hi amyife i rang the council a few weeks ago and they said all we had to do was draw up a picture of the block (paths and crossover) and mark down any damaged areas and send that in. Carlisle have requested a copy of the drawing as well for their information. this is all very exciting can't believe there is actually a date for settlement Carlisle Homes Riverton 30 in Alamanda (Point Cook) land settlement 11/12/09 building commenced 29/01/10 http://riverton30.blogspot.com/ Re: Alamanda Estate - Owners Forum 419Nov 30, 2009 5:34 pm vzbux Had a swing past stage 8 yesterday, the plot on stage 7 right behind mine was having the slab laid! Once your land is settled it will usually take at least a couple of weeks (even 3) for your builder to get started providing you have the start date etc. My block is one of the ones that is started!! We have a toilet, but last time I went we didn't have a fence (may now though... who knows!). We have had our site scrape but are having a little hold up with City West Water at the moment. Hopefully for not much longer! By the way I think I know which block you are now! I am pretty sure I know which block would have been having its slab laid... its about 3 down from ours... I want my slab too now!!!!! Building Monaco32 with Carlisle Homes in Alamanda Estate 20/08/2010 - HANDOVER 24/8!!
