I spoke with (Ms / Mrs) Wakelin who was exceptionally helpful and has allowed me to quote the follwing here: "Westminster Homes is currently facing a cashflow issue and the owners are in direct talks with both the bank and other lenders." "We expect an announcement later this week in regards to the future of the business" (Ms / Mrs) Wakelin was unable to confirm any other details at this stage but was hopeful of a positive outcome for the company. Here is hoping they are able to restructure and continue on. I was always impressed with their service - they were one builder we seriously considered going with. Some things are worth waiting for. We looked at their largest double storey and even with all our additions they were still under the other builders. The only reason we changed was we wanted a single storey and they didn't have anything that met our needs. Some things are worth waiting for.
