Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 23, 2009 4:16 pm Unfortunately due to our shortfall in the valuation, we have had to cut back the budget quite a concidorable amount and at the moment have no funds to get independant building inspections carried out. We were originally going to use Big Kev for either a pre plaster or pre handover or both. But now it maybe not be possible to do either.. Can anyone reccomend where I might find detailed accounts of what i should be looking for when inspecting the home myself. While I've picked up lots of things on this forum already.. I was hoping there might be some links to sites that could help me know what I'm looking for when inspecting the property. I really need to get as informed as possible. Anybody?
