I'm assuming that since they have put piping in, it means they have been able to find the pegs? Is that right? I've been stressing that pegs would be missing.. as I tried to find them but could only find 1! And I've been stressing we'd be up for $900 if they couldn't find them all.. Slab is due to be poured on the 26th.. (I didn't ask for a date, they just told me!) DP took these pics through the fence.. and on the way out of the estate.. I haven't actually seen them in real life yet.. Maybe on Sunday. Hey CONGRATS on getting the pipes Erin Slab isn't far away either ... YAY ... see u catching up with us already !!! Looking forward to seeing more pics now ... And yes ... great they found the pegs ... i was fretting about it too till they put up the temp fence. Land Settled 27/04/09. Site Started 30/4/09. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I spoke to my CSC as the sliding door from the rumpus room is sliding a different way then i'd really like, she said it was too late to change this.. so then I asked if it was possible to move the powerpoints from one wall to the opposite side of the wall.. but she also said it was too late to make this change as well.. WHICH SUCKS. Surely it's not that hard to move some powerpoints? It's not like I'm adding or deleting anything, just moving them from one wall to another wall. Re: Building Our New Home with PD - Slab prep pictures. 311May 25, 2009 4:27 pm Probably not much you can do about your sliding door unfortunately, but see if you can have a chat to your SS and the sparky on site about the powerpoints. Might sneak it in for some beer! I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. Terrence Malick Re: Building Our New Home with PD - Slab prep pictures. 312May 25, 2009 4:28 pm Good to see the slab all boxed up and ready to go! That sucks about the "no more changes", and I reckon it's a load of BS as we changed the height of all our light switches to 1300mm off the floor after the house had started (due to my 2 year old constantly turning lights on and off ) They did it with no problem at all, we just signed a variation. Seems like your CSC is doing everything by the book. The sliding door is understandable as it may have been pre-ordered but the powerpoint should be able to be moved.
