Why did you need to put it in before they would start? -Sha hey sha good question - coral policy is that retaining walls must be completed between the site cut and the commencement of actual "work" - i knew this from the word go so this wasn't a problem... for coral to commence construction the wall only had to be 10m long (back corner) however i decided to bring it all the way down the cut to keep it neat on that side - i will tidy it up later, probably stain the sleepers and have a little garden with rocks and some succulents in the 400 mm between the retaining wall and the boundary fence. fingers crossed i'll be able to have a concrete path done on that side of the house (Tim might have to quote for that to ) and that will keep the dead side neat & tidy i hope... 2014 - Prepping to build the Soho 4 with Plantation homes, industrial style 2009 - Built the Brampton with Coral Homes viewtopic.php?f=31&t=15399&start=280 Re: building my coral brampton - pics 10/09/09! 579Sep 11, 2009 10:32 pm Poss The wall looks great, I can see a lot of hard work went into it. It weights 150KG including the weight stack. I'm a big boy, around 150KG myself.
