But we organised this through our builder. Thanks oztish. We had the option to get them done through our builder but assumed we could get a better price ourself. will have to look them up and compare prices. Stage: 12 Grebe, 4 Bedroom Aurora Estate, Epping North Re: LYNDARUM / AURORA ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 535Jul 07, 2010 9:46 am Is anyone building house with Timeless home.... We heard that they are very quick in building and they are quality builder. But unfortunately i am seeing other way. They are the slowest building i have ever seen in my life. They took 3 months to get aurora and council approval and its been 4 weeks now they got the council approval and still they haven't started construction, whereas all the other builder (Simonds, JG King, Burbank) are in either lock up or frame stage in my stage. Every time i call them, the lady form office tells me they are busy because of 32K GOV grants but unfortunately i can't see any of their houses started in my stage. I am really frustrated about this builder and hope no one is facing this issue. In stage 12 I believe I have seen 2 homes that are being built by Timeless homes in Rockfield st, they both came up very quickly. The timeless homes in our stage started construction in late January 2010. They obviously got their vic urban and council approval very soon after land settlement (dec09). The owners of that house still haven't moved in. I wonder who will be the first to move in in our stage??? Its hard waiting but when they start its worth the wait.
