What are the site costs? I am quoted about 40K. We built near that area but in Eaststone ave area quote was 20k that was 3 yrs ago. The "fixed" site cost has come out to be $30K. It is $10K less than what was initially quoted. Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 4455Aug 30, 2018 6:14 pm Hi everyone, Is anyone building in aurora stage 14-16? Ive been advised by lendlease that there is a fault with all electrical into stage 14 thus impacting 15-16. Our builder is looking to charge us $160 per day until electricity is available to the block. Has anyone had experience with this and how did u go about it? Thanks all Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 4456Sep 05, 2018 8:51 am Zaaw, we’re currently building on stage 15, and have not heard anything from our builder with regards to electricity issues. But I believe they do have power generators when working onsite. On a side note, I am loving this thread, thanks to all the useful building tips and recommendations. Also, does anyone have any recommendations for fencing in the area? I’ve tried calling Aman (the guy recommended by a couple of members here), but unfortunately he no longer does it. But, any recommendation for opticomm providers from recent experience ? Looking into active8me or telesurf, but they have mixed reviews on the product review website. I'm in stage 10 (Aurora). Thanks!!! Looking for an unlimited 100/40 plan and I am located in Aurora stage 10. Had only one outage for last one year, that turned out to be a planned one. customer support is awful though.
