Aldi have announced a huge expansion in Australia so Aldi would be a candidate if Coles pull out. Give me an Aldi store over Coles any day. Are you west of Edgars Creek waiting for Harvest Home Rd to open over the creek?

I do admit that there is only a tenacious link between this road and Aurora estates however the link is there. Craigiegurn Road East's speed limit has been lowered from 100 to 80. I queried this with Vicroads and got this response: Vicroads response: Quote: The speed limit on Craigieburn Road was changed from 100 km/h to 80 km/h on existing safety grounds and in recognition of imminent new residential developments and corresponding access about to constructed along Craigieburn Road. Key stakeholders including Victoria Police, Council and Public Transport Victoria were consulted prior to the change and all agreed to the lower speed limit. Very interesting, i noticed the change in speed limit also. I think its funny they have changed the speed limit already on the grounds of "imminent new residential development" when the Wollert PSP for north of craigieburn road still hasnt been approved yet and i think in that plan they have said the road will be made into 80kmh but dual carriageway. I have noticed over the past couple of months an increase in the amount of dead kangaroos on the side of the road, so maybe people hitting them has prompted them to change the limit? I think a more important issue that vicroads should be dealing with is the lights at the intersection of craigieburn road east and Epping road, they should put in a left turn lane... Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2945Sep 11, 2015 1:44 pm It is a trend that we see all too often." Traffic overload, let's lower the speed limit. That will fix it." You know that only a few weeks ago in the media was proposals to lower the speed limits on all National highways and roads to reduce single vehicle fatalities, that will reduce it. And what about zero as being the road toll goal. That is impossible unless you take away cars and trucks and we walk everywhere. Any recommendation would be a great help, Thanks Can highly recommend "New Home Inspections", we had 3 inspections with them and they produced very detailed reports that the builder then addressed. Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2953Oct 27, 2015 11:17 am @whocares - i used Darbecca. I took their 3 Inspection Package, and i could say that it is worth it for added peace of mind. I also notice on epping plaza that Lend lease has a booth discussing the area. What is the difference lend lease doing the development now? how does it work?
