Welcome Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2810Apr 27, 2015 11:21 am Hi Everyone, I am new here so please bear with me. I am moving to Lyndarum Estate but already in a established street just of Lyndarum Drive (Near the Woolworths) I am wondering if you helpful bunch are able to help me. I Have looked up internet providers for the area both iinet and TPG, I haven't had the chance to check other providers as of yet but keep getting told I will only get ADSL 1, is this correct for the area. What internet provider do you all use to get such good internet speeds as ADSL 1 is quite slow. Also I think I was reading in this forum about cable/fibre internet how do I know if the property has that? Also just one more question are you able to tell what expriences you have had at the 2 schools in the estate? (Epping Views Primary School & St Mary of the Cross Mackillop School) Sorry for all the questions I am moving to the area from the other side of Melbourne (Due to work transfer) and have very little knowledge of the area. Thank you in advance Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2811Apr 28, 2015 12:04 pm mummyto2 Also just one more question are you able to tell what expriences you have had at the 2 schools in the estate? Thank you in advance Don't know much about EVP(http://www.eppingviewsps.vic.edu.au/). Just some facts: public school (low cost, open to everyone), traditional classroom, 1200+ students, still expending, next year prep will be around 200 places. Traffic is crazy at drop-off/pickup time. SMCM(http://www.smcmeppingnth.catholic.edu.au/): my kid is in it. less than 200 students, open class room (no walls between classes just building natural division). Mixed class for some grades. Catholic only (small number of orthodox allowed). Small community feel, parents know each other. Cost around $2500 a year. Teachers and the principle are excellent imo. mummyto2 Sorry for all the questions I am moving to the area from the other side of Melbourne (Due to work transfer) and have very little knowledge of the area. You might want to check out ACA's website (www.aurora.asn.au) and come to the next 'coffee & chat' or meetings so you can meet up with fellow residents and get to know the area a bit more. Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2812Apr 30, 2015 5:52 am I am sure that those of you that are in Stage 25 Aurora have there letter from Places Victoria. Yet another estimated Title date. End of May now with settlement within 14 days after Title issued. In before Christmas 2015 now it looks.

Yet another estimated Title date. End of May now with settlement withing 14 days after Title issued. In before Christmas 2015 now it looks. Keep your expectation low. Don't get too excited about the estimate date. Mine was delayed for two years (might just be an extreme case). Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2815May 02, 2015 10:18 am macky1012 whoa!! 2 years seems ridiculously long.. Did they keep on sending you mails as well informing that it would available in months time or any type of update? They didn't in the first year. After lots of complaints from our stage, they started sending out updates in my second year wait (about 4~5 times about the delay). The only way to actually know the land is ready is to see the actual work being done on the land. The indication of the land is ready from memory is that they have land surveyor came and put up the sticks. Just hope you guys have a better luck. The upside is that you get to save more money during the wait Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2816May 02, 2015 11:45 am aurorafrog macky1012 whoa!! 2 years seems ridiculously long..
