Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Site Cost at Alamanda, Point Cook 2Mar 16, 2009 9:24 pm not sure what the actual costs are, but i am going with $12k fixed site costs - just to make sure that we can get the contract signed before june, with a specific amount. i didn't want to sign a contract with 'site costs subject to soil tests'. this means that they can basically charge anything.
