I'd be interested in this topic as well because we also want to build a steel frame home in Adelaide. Builders so far that I know who build steel frame are:
Weaks Peacock Group
I have friends who are building with Format and they are suppose to have a very good reputation in the building industry. A senior planner in one of the councils also said they are one of the better builders.

We have a two storey hybrid (long story ) steel/timber frame house going up and our builder used tri-steel for the frame. It seems to be a very sturdy frame (but we wont know for sure until we get in there I suppose ).

Our builder is the Hot Property Group, but I don't think they build for the public anymore (I think they only do renovations and land development now).
Looks like there's a couple of "tri-steel" companies? Try this one:
Because our roof pitch is ~45 degrees, no other steel framer would attempt it (beyond the specifications of steel they said). Tri steel arranged to do the bottom storey in steel and the top in timber. We're quite happy with how it turned out. I'll see if I can dig up a photo....
