Builders so far that I know who build steel frame are:
Format Cavalier Nu-Steel Weaks Peacock Group McCracken I have friends who are building with Format and they are suppose to have a very good reputation in the building industry. Looks like there's a couple of "tri-steel" companies? Try this one: http://www.tristeelframing.com.au/ Because our roof pitch is ~45 degrees, no other steel framer would attempt it (beyond the specifications of steel they said). Tri steel arranged to do the bottom storey in steel and the top in timber. We're quite happy with how it turned out.
